We are looking for a talented Housekeeper to join our SPACE student accommodation.
We are Recruiting for a 12 Hour Permanent Housekeeper and a 20 Hour Fixed Term Housekeeper.

The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeper who will be a part of the launch of this new development and who will help us to establish a unique service offering which provides world-class customer service in an outstanding property that will support us to deliver an exceptional student experience.
Role Responsibilities
1. Cleaning the kitchen and living areas of the shared apartments monthly and public areas daily to a very high standard.
2. Complete extra cleaning tasks for the property monthly as required.
3. Maintaining the high levels of cleanliness and presentation of both public areas and our apartment living areas.
4. Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
5. Restocks soaps, toilet rolls, air fresheners in communal bathrooms as required.
6. Efficient and economical use of supplies provided.
7. Always keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up.
8. Adhering to Health and Safety and company policies.
Skills & Experience
1. Great attention to detail, to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience.
2. Excellent customer service skills, to anticipate and deliver customer needs.
3. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the overall customer experience is seamless.
4. Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
5. Excellent timekeeping skills.
