What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our team as an Attendance Improvement Officer.You will play a vital role in positively and proactively promoting attendance and punctuality across the school.Working in partnership with our colleagues in school and multi agencies, you will take a lead on addressing barriers to attendance working with our young people and their families. Thinking outside the box and taking a lead on the development and implementation of a whole school culture where everyone recognises and promotes good school attendance will be a key element of this role.
The actual salary is£26,806 per annum based on working 37 hours over 5 days a week, with 5 additional days to work on school training days and after normal working hours for training and meetings. The salary is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
