Hours per week: 37 (open to part time applicants on a job share basis - 18.5 hours) Salary: Up to £44,000, depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Principal Moderator to join our Provider Quality Assurance and Development team. Our Provider Quality Assurance and Development team delivers moderation as part of the external quality assurance processes across a number of products including T Levels and Technical Awards. As Principal Moderator you'll manage the moderation teams, providing leadership and expertise, allowing you to positively impact learner outcomes through the delivery of effective moderation processes. How you’ll make an impact: Managing a number of moderation teams across a number of subject areas Developing current processes to maximise efficiency Ensuring processes are delivered within timescales Contributing to the development of assessment strategies and qualifications We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: A proven track record of carrying out moderation Experience of working across different Awarding Organisations Experience of managing people and teams Demonstrated leadership experience Experience of working collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines Feeling inspired?
