We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team for a 3-month assignment supporting their EMEA Project Management Office (PMO). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced global environment while putting your strong administrative skills to use!
Location: Egham (on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time)
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend to 6 months (workload dependent)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA Project Management and Sales Teams.
* Helping with deal administration - ensuring data quality and supporting sales processes.
* Assisting with sales handovers, making sure new orders are ready for project teams.
* Maintaining project dashboards by adding new projects and keeping records updated.
* Supporting timesheet management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
* Helping to track performance using simple KPIs and metrics (don’t worry, you’ll be shown how!).
Must-Have Skills:
* Strong administration skills - you love keeping things organised!
* Great attention to detail - accuracy is key.
* Good written and spoken English - you’ll be working with teams in EMEA.
* Comfortable with MS Office - especially Excel.
* A proactive, can-do attitude - you enjoy problem-solving and working with others.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):
* Some experience in project coordination or working with project teams.
* Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project (not essential).
* Any experience handling finance-related admin tasks.
