As a leading name in the automotive repair industry, we offer: Career development and ongoing training State-of-the-art facilities and equipment A supportive, high-performing team environment A rewarding role in a growing, respected company The Role As a VDA Estimator, you will: Use Audatex software to assess vehicle damage and calculate accurate repair costs Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure a smooth repair process Produce precise damage assessments in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines Manage workloads effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment Work both independently and collaboratively within the team Deliver professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at every stage What We’re Looking For We are seeking candidates with: Proven experience as a VDA in an accident repair setting Confidence using Audatex for damage assessments Strong organisational and workload management skills A commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure Knowledge of manufacturer specifications and repair methods A team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset Experience estimating commercial vehicle damage (preferred) ATA qualification in Estimating (desirable – we support renewals and traini ng) Why Choose Steer?
