Site Manager – Drogheda, Co. Louth
Our client, a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary building contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to become a key part of their team. With over three decades of expertise in the construction sector, they are currently working on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda. This is a long-term, full-time role, with the project set to continue for the next 3–4 years.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily site operations, including supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
Conducting morning briefings with the workforce before work commences.
Collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to ensure the project progresses efficiently and is completed on schedule.
Requirements
A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, health & safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
