Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office
Operations Manager’s Core Duties
* Develop supply strategies to improve flow and aging of products
* Work with the sales and product teams to meet customer demand
* Implement mechanisms to reduce aged stock
* Work with dealers to ensure the right mix of models and production
* Work with the sales team to support and recommend strategies to achieve targets
* Support in the launch of new products
* Work with stakeholders to discuss supply requirements
* Report on current supply targets and recommendations at local and national level
* Ensure supply SLAs are being met and action taken if required
* Ensure distribution channels, and internal processes are efficient
Operations Manager’s Skills Required
* Prior experience as an Operations Manager within Supply
* Experience within the automotive industry
* Good project management skills
* Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of sales and marketing
* Excellent budget and cost management skills
* Great communications and interpersonal skills
