What will you be doing?
The Interim Data Entry Administrator will support the roll out of a new integrated Commercial Software. The position will be for a minimum duration of 9-months.
Key objectives in your role as Interim Data Entry Administrator include:
* Supporting the multi-disciplined Project Team in entering Commercial Construction project data from an MS Office format (Excel) into the new system environment for testing.
* Highlighting & resolving issues/problems with source data.
* Demonstrating an appreciation of the underlying data origins and context.
* Verifying that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Compliance:
* Adhere to the Company’s compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
* Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
* Participate in training as required.

* Hold experience working in a busy team environment.
* Possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to set objectives and prioritise workloads.
* Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
* Be structured, self-motivated, and passionate about detail.
* Be PC literate with strong Excel and general MS Office skills.
