Civil Liberties - Healthcare - Inquests - Human Rights – Solicitor - Liverpool The Role Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare / Human Rights department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing Team dealing with a range of areas including Civil Liberties, Human Rights, Inquests and Court of Protection cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Regulatory / Inquests / Civil Liberties as the role involves working on a varied and diverse caseload. Experience of dealing with judicial reviews and claims under Human Rights Act 1998 is essential. Candidates with experience in claims against Public Authorities or Abuse matters will also be considered.
