This role is a crucial part of bringing this work to life, supporting a pipeline of candidates from Black Heritage backgrounds with all they need to thrive during the application process, and beyond.

* Do you have a clear affiliation with working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment?
* Are you passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, with a real drive to use your skills to effect change and make a difference for our partner schools?
* Do you have experience of working with under-represented groups previously?
* Are you adept at coaching, able to ask the right questions to identify barriers and concerns, with strong active listening skills?
* Are you a clear, confident and impactful communicator, and can you flex your style for impact?
* Do you have demonstrable experience of planning and organising your time, readily adapting amid an ever-changing landscape?
