Helpdesk Manager Facilities
Up to £35,000 + Package
We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for a Helpdesk Service Manager to work in their head office on their Service Helpdesk managing the UK wide remote field-based Engineers. Responsibilities include:
1. Workload scheduling
2. Planning PPM works and Reactive callouts
3. Procurement
4. Travel and other tasks
This role is a full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings required.

* Salary up to £35,000

Helpdesk Service Co-ordinator - Requirements
* Used to running a busy helpdesk - Desirable
* Scheduling of Engineers workloads - Desirable
* Full Driving Licence - Desirable
* IT Skills and Reporting - Desirable
This position would suit someone who has worked within Facilities Management, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or Hire organisations, or other similar industries. We will accept applications from those who have worked as:
