Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (FMCG Environment)

Salary: £50,350 per annum

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in an FMCG environment? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of our state-of-the-art production facilities.

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and handling breakdowns. You will work across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
* Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support across the plant.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Maintain safety standards and adhere to all relevant regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Electrical qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3).
* Proven experience in an FMCG environment, preferably with mechanical and electrical maintenance exposure.
* Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve complex issues effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
