About Us We are looking for a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to onboard our customers. The Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in the value chain of converting customers interest in TPF products to actual customers. To be successful, you should be capable of understanding the business model of merchant businesses in particular. Main Responsibilities Perform client on-boarding tasks for the merchant acquiring and wallet products; Perform the initial KYC checks using different integrated tools; With the help of the tools perform the PEP and Sanctions screening on the clients; Work closely with the business development/Sales team to evaluate the corporate clients' commercial terms offering from the risk perspective; Calculate the company's credit risk exposure; Escalate the most complicated cases to the MLRO of the company; Understand the underlying business model of the merchant with a view of proposing appropriate risk mitigation measures and terms; Perform the on-going due diligence on the clients, being strict on the deadlines; Register the high-risk corporate acquiring clients with the card associations; Work closely and assist the Senior Onboarding Specialist in managing the workflow of applications. Key Requirements Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in onboarding merchants in a card acquirer or payment service provider is mandatory; Experience in using KYC, AML, risk monitoring tools; Experience in using CRM tools; Client-oriented personality; Problem-solving mindset; Strong communication skills; Must be comfortable in working with a variety of business industries; Fluent in English; Resident in Malta.
