Our client is looking for an Administration Officer to join their team based in Antrim!
Rate of Pay: £12.59
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Job Duties:
Based within a combined court team, main duties will be clerking and resulting court orders on the day, prioritising orders with attention to detail to ensure they are 100% accurate.
Other duties include listing cases for court on relevant systems, filing papers, counter duties, processing applications received within tight timeframes, photocopying documentation, preparing court papers, post opening duties, dealing with customers via phone e-mail, managing email inbox, and attending court to result court procedures. All other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English - Certificates required
An Access NI application will be required for this role.
