You’ll be liaising directly with clients, overseeing external consultants, and supporting the development of junior team members. Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. 1-5 years post-Part III experience in a UK-based studio, with proven involvement in delivering complex mixed-use projects at RIBA Stages 4 & 5.
2. Revit (BIM) proficiency is essential.
3. Experience managing project workflows, collaborating with clients, and supporting junior team members is highly desired.
4. A portfolio showcasing complex technical package experience with advanced detailing. A mix of new build and restoration work, with strong sustainability credentials and project values exceeding £25 million is highly desired.
5. A passion for materiality, design excellence, and innovation, with an ambition to take on more responsibility and grow into a project leadership role, supported by structured mentoring and clear career progression pathways.
