You will also work with servers, switches, routers, and DWDM devices. Dacpros provides complete hardware support, which involves firmware upgrades in servers/routers, OS installation and troubleshooting, and monitoring devices like the serial console.

The role involves daily travel to multiple data centres in London, primarily in West London. Overseas travel and being away for multiple days are a possibility.
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy managing people and projects and have strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and components.
