Job Role (Main Duties) Project Management Liaise with clients to obtain detailed briefs for projects with support from more senior team members where necessary. Write up the brief for any assigned projects, verifying details with lead account personnel and clients. Participate in brainstorming and project costing meetings for complex projects under the direction of lead personnel. Develop project timelines for approval by lead account personnel. Communicate the brief and timelines to the internal team at a kick-off meeting, along with all relevant information. Liaise with relevant departments, providing information to assist in their day-to-day work. Drive day-to-day project management of assigned projects and act as the primary contact for the client. Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring adherence to administrative processes. Maintain status sheets, project files, and manage project risks, participating in closure meetings to discuss lessons learned. Financial Management Work with lead personnel to meet or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability expectations. Project manage all assigned projects to agreed financial terms and specifications. Develop budget proposals and monitor project time and costs, including regular milestone updates. Manage invoices and ensure timely completion of financial tasks. Organic Growth and Client Relationships Manage projects to deliver organic growth, driving development of accounts and projects with commercially relevant solutions. Build effective relationships with clients, understanding their market and proactively leading discussions. Share best practices with clients and internal teams. Skills, Experience, Qualifications Essential 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. Experience in account management within Medical Communications or Education. Excellent communication skills and experience with direct client contact. Project management skills and a proactive approach. Desired Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the drug development process. Commercial knowledge and a related qualification.
