We seek a Clinical Lead who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. Working in collaboration with the Home Manager and wider teams, you will ensure the smooth running of the home, with a focus on excellent nursing and residential care, open communication, and budgetary controls.
The role is diverse and varied, including aspects such as supporting and maintaining budgetary and financial controls, being personally accountable for Human Resources, and promoting engaging marketing initiatives.
You will give your undivided attention and care to all areas of the home, from laundry to dealing with complex emergencies. You will portray confidence as a flexible leader and impart your knowledge to colleagues to ensure they adhere to high standards.

* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience of working within the healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
* NMC certificate with an active PIN
* A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach
