You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and qualifying them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts. Like any role, Recruitment has its ups and downs, but the rewards are unrivalled. You will earn uncapped commission on the placements you make, on top of an already competitive basic salary.
