Who are we looking for? As a JAMES Maintenance Administrator, you will enable improved scheduling of JAMES maintenance activities and facilitating solutions to potential conflicts such as resource, equipment, spares and plant availability providing an optimised maintenance schedule to the maintenance delivery teams. Key Responsibilities The production and delivery of a balanced, achievable and optimised JAMES maintenance schedule to the maintenance planners, including monitoring and reporting on all activities which could have an adverse effect on the successful delivery of the schedule. Producing and analysing maintenance data from JAMES to inform and present to the Planner and other identified stakeholders, of performance. Accountable for monitoring the schedule and reporting to the Planner progress and issues with activities which have the potential to exceed final delivery date. Responsible for the updating and amendments to the DNO Inventory Data base – to include Spares Inventory, spares demands and ordering. Responsible for making amendments to JAMES as directed by the planners and DNO. Responsible for maintaining effective utilisation of maintenance resource and KPI’s. maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player. You will need the following: Must have good working knowledge/ experience of the JAMES system. Understanding of FMT 936/937 ATF requirements. Excel and SharePoint experience.
