Key Responsibilities: Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times, only releasing confidential information during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity and where appropriate Using the electronic Asset and client record management system Assisting with the scheduling of delivery's To provide administration support to the Equipment service. Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking accurate messages where appropriate for onward transmission or redirecting to other departments. To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding. To support the teams to maintain accurate, timely and legible records. Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s). To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records. Deal with incoming/outgoing mail/email for the departments, distributing and re-directing post accordingly and ensuring outgoing mail is dispatched to the central distribution point. Be able to input/extract data, using relevant electronic software. To be able to manipulate data and generate basic evaluation reports.
