Key Requirements and Experience:
1. Proficiency in electronics design and embedded development.
2. Expertise in both analogue and digital design.
3. Experience in liaising with customers to understand and meet their needs.
4. Competence in microcontroller development, specifically ARM/PIC.
5. Skilled in firmware development using C.
6. Ability to perform schematic capture.
7. Experience with multi-layer PCB layout, particularly using Altium.
8. Knowledge of designing for EMC.
