Job description
Gatehouse Facilities Management is looking to onboard an Electrician to their established team carrying out work across several locations in their Portfolio. We are looking for candidates who have commercial or facilities experience and have done preplanned and reactive maintenance work covering Shopping Centre sites.
Main Duties:
* Responding to and completing the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the management team within the specified time.
* Undertake electrical repairs and installations.
* Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained.
* Comply with health and safety policies/legislation.
* Providing a good level of customer service to peers and customers.
* Plant control circuit experience.
* Test, check and maintenance on generator.
* Managing distribution boards.
* Maintenance and repair of access controls, lift alarms, smoke vent systems, lighting, power distribution & signage.
* Repairs and maintenance of all control systems.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3+ years experience & qualifications.
* Experience working in commercial and public environments.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute:
* Reliably commute to all of the Shopping Centre's across Central Scotland in our Portfolio - Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Kirkcaldy.

Pay: £36,901.00-£37,946.00 per year
