As Director for Quality & Customer satisfaction Sweden within Group Trucks Technology (GTT) you will help our customers to embrace new technology and products, securing highest quality and customer experience. What more can you wish for? You will work closely with the markets to understand how our products are used in operation, the quality situation and the customer satisfaction. The Technical service teams in your organization are supporting the field service engineers with any new issue, guiding them to help our customers supported by product development. The Product Quality teams initiate quality improvement work and secure that the solutions reach our customers as fast as ever possible. Your direct responsibility is heavy-duty products in Europe, but you are also a contributor in the global management team. You and your team will make a difference every day! Who are you? To be successful in this position you need to have a collaborative mindset working closely with product development as well as our brands, always being the customer voice. You are good at prioritization and decision-making to nurture a sustainable workload for yourself and your team in a fast-paced environment.
