The Behavior Analyst conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, reviews data, monitors and evaluates progress, provides training, and supervises the lead therapist and behavior technicians. The Behavior Analyst is also responsible for attending meetings for continuity of care, providing direct service when appropriate, and meeting with families.

What You'll Do:
1. Engage in work aligned with agency mission of helping individuals with disabilities achieve their potential
2. Comply with agency policies and procedures along with state regulations and laws
3. Communicate effectively with parents and professionals
4. Be reliable and timely for scheduled work, meetings, trainings, and supervision
5. Maintain professionalism and professional relationships/boundaries with families
6. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information
7. Maintain credentials and continuing education requirements
8. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
9. Obtain authorizations through client’s insurance and follow plan dates
10. Train staff and families on the implementation of treatment plans
11. Analyze data, monitor, evaluate, and revise treatment plans
12. Supervise and provide necessary training to lead therapists and behavior technicians including child-specific orientation
13. Attend meetings to promote the continuity of care with providers
14. Complete required paperwork including clinical notes and progress reports by deadlines
15. Conduct intakes for new clients
16. Provide direct service as appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
1. Nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BCBA-D
2. Licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst in Rhode Island (LBA)
3. A minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA services
4. Obtain valid driver’s license and insured/registered vehicle
5. Have successfully passed a BCI and CANTs
