The Role: We’re looking for an energetic and commercially-minded PGA Professional to take the lead in our retail operations and member engagement initiatives. As Head Professional, you’ll be a key face of the business—developing relationships, driving retail sales, and ensuring all golfers receive an exceptional experience, from first-time visitors to long-standing members. As part of the Head of Department (HOD) team, you’ll be eager to work collaboratively across all areas of the business—including food & beverage, events, and operations—to help drive both customer service excellence and overall sales performance.
