Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Salary: £89 - £95 per day

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant at a well-regarded school in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
* Work with small groups or individual students who may need additional support.
* Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they can fully participate in lessons.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
* Strong communication skills and a patient, understanding approach.
* Previous experience in a teaching or support role is preferred, but not essential.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work well in a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
