ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a People Services Administrator to join the People Team and deliver high-quality support and 1st line guidance to Bamford Collection employees and managers when it comes to people processes and payroll. Reporting to our Senior People Services & Payroll Coordinator, the role will encompass working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the full employee life cycle and ensuring that consistent high-level outputs are delivered across the business. RESPONSIBILITIES Admin: Provide support on all HR systems including issuing logins and assisting with password resets. Run HR data reports from the HR system as requested by managers and other members of the people team. Escalate issues as appropriate to the HR Business Partners. Audit & continuously improve our HR administration processes, to provide an effective, accurate and prompt HR service. Support with people team projects and engagement initiatives when required. Organise and maintain personnel records. Be a main point of contact for all employees and managers when it comes to people processes and payroll. Escalate any issues to your manager for support and guidance. Payroll: Working closely with Payroll each month to input new starters, leavers and any internal changes by updating the HR system, ensuring the monthly deadline is met. Assist with the monthly payroll process and upload for our external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Oversee the payroll inbox, responding to any questions or queries from employees and managers. Maintain records of short-term and long-term absences, including return-to-work assessments. Contractual: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure all new starters receive a smooth onboarding process and have all the necessary information before their first day. Creation of contract of employment, contract amendment letters and leaver acknowledgement letters. Maintain the right to work database and escalate any issues to the relevant HR Business Partner. Complete reference requests when required.
