(37.5 hrs per week - onsite working role) In this role, you will support the PC Manager by ensuring site compliance is achieved. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance to relevant NR and health and safety legislation. This role offers you the unique opportunity to join a once in a generation Rail project which is transforming the rail network between Manchester and Leeds, providing the communities with a faster and more reliable transport network. What You'll Do: Manage accident and incident reports Conduct inspections of compounds and worksites Identify and resolve worksite hazards Manage duties during possessions Review construction documentation, including WPPs, TBS, SWP, and TW briefs Prepare rosters and manage team fatigue Chair and manage wash-up meetings and their documentation Chair and manage 12-week lookahead meetings and their documentation Chair Construction Integration meetings Deputise in the absence of management Why Join Us?
