46.25 hours based upon 5 weekdays (4 weekday and alternate Saturday contracts also available)

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
The Pharmacy:
Our pharmacy is located in the charming and peaceful village of Chaddlewood, which is surrounded by green fields and is fantastic for those that love nature. Given its location, this role would be perfect for those who enjoy the community lifestyle and nature; with Saltram Park and multiple other beauty spots just a stone’s throw away.
The Pharmacy dispenses approximately 2,000 items a week and offers all NHS services such as Blood Pressure Checks, NMS and Smoking Cessation to a varied demographic of healthcare patients, locals and residents alike. This is a strong community-based role working with a great team of Qualified and Trainee Pharmacy Assistants.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
