As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents by providing personalised care and support. You’ll work closely with a friendly and collaborative team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Experience: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior Healthcare Assistant, ideally in a residential or dementia care setting.
* Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Attitude: A caring, empathetic approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
* Support residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
* Lead and mentor the care team, offering guidance and support to colleagues.
* Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.
