As our health and safety advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our commitment to safety, primarily across our neighbourhood and communities, income and lettings and customer operations teams, supporting colleagues in their health and safety processes, such as incident investigation, block/scheme inspections and personal safety. You’ll work with leaders and colleagues to ensure our health and safety practices and policies are not only met but embedded into our culture - helping our people thrive while achieving Bromford’s business goals.
This role is a permanent, full time position. Ideally based from our Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton office, you’ll be required to regularly travel to our other offices, and across our whole geography, on a regular basis. Regular home working is available.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience in a similar health and safety role,
* A solid understanding of current health and safety regulations and be Level 3 NEBOSH certified or equivalent.
* To be comfortable communicating with others and being able to explain information clearly and will have experience of designing and delivering effective and engaging training.
* A full UK driving license and the willingness to travel across our operational areas.
* Able to complete a basic DBS and consumer check.
