Head of Sales Salary: £75,000 Your focus will be on driving sales strategies to increase market share for device and system sales, while executing plans with System Integrators, Installers, resellers, and select partners to generate sales both within and through channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through strong leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on utilising digital tools and data-driven decision-making. Implement and execute strategies for Fire & Intrusion sales to achieve annual profit targets, accelerate the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting to support demand management and production planning. Ensure engagement with multiple internal stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers to optimise team performance and identify areas for improvement. Be a key advocate for Fire & Intrusion solutions, driving cross-team collaboration to capitalise on shared opportunities and build organisational capability. Set clear KPIs and objectives for sales individuals and the team, regularly monitoring and presenting progress to senior business leaders. Effectively capture account, opportunity, and activity data within CRM systems to support data-driven decision-making, coaching, and team development Skills: Experience in B2B channel sales with a clear understanding of sales processes. Proficiency with data and familiarity with CRM systems like Power BI, Salesforce, or Dynamics. Knowledge of the fire and security industry is beneficial but not essential. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence both direct reports and the wider organisation. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver value.
