Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insight Development: Create impactful, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to drive decisions. Use both quantitative and qualitative data to craft narratives that inform strategy. Extract, transform, and load data into visualisation tools for consistent reporting. Identify and prioritise key data points to provide a full picture of customer behaviour and market trends. Customer Experience & Feedback: Champion customer feedback through surveys, sentiment monitoring, and pulse feedback. Implement strategies to capture new, valuable data that enhances insights into the customer experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with teams across the business, including Transformation, CRM, UX, and Finance, to align data initiatives. Provide expert guidance on reporting and insights, enabling data-driven decisions. Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Lead the use of analytics platforms such as GA4 to align with business objectives. Drive a high-performance culture through critical thinking, goal-setting, and clear learning objectives. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain best practices. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation: Oversee internal processes and SLAs to ensure operational efficiency. Contribute to the digital transformation, driving success across initiatives. Skills & Experience: Essential: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as DAX, Python, R, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Google Analytics 4. Strong ability to influence business strategy with data-driven insights. Proven track record of leadership and team management in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Deep understanding of data analysis techniques and data governance, including GDPR compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing multiple priorities and working independently. Desirable: Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields.
