Mane are looking for a number of experienced M&E Project Managers to join a number of projects across London and M25 South surrounding areas.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate design, procurement, and installation of M&E systems.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Team Leadership:
* Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
* Promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed project updates.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Control:
* Monitor all M&E works to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Address and resolve any technical or quality issues.
Procurement & Cost Control:
* Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
* Monitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on financial performance.
Project Handover:
* Oversee commissioning and handover of M&E systems to clients.
* Ensure all documentation, including O&M manuals, is completed and delivered.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E project management, ideally within [data centers, commercial, healthcare, or Pharma.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing systems.
* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS card, or equivalent (preferred).
* Other Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
