Customer Support Advisor
Working as part of the client support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with registrations, renewals and service enquiries. No cold calling is required; however this is an outbound call-based role.
Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
1. Build rapport and strong relationships with clients by providing advice and support throughout the onboarding process.
2. Make around 50 outbounds calls per day to customers to explain the benefits of the service; to assist with the registration process or renewal of annual subscriptions.
3. Accurately log and maintain records of customer information and activity on the database.
4. Provide accurate and clear information to customers, explaining the benefits and processes, whilst obtaining the required information.
5. Provide first line support for customer enquiries including IT and process issues, concerns, updates on application and status.
6. Work to ensure personal targets relating to call rates are consistently met and exceeded.

Customer Support Advisor Requirements
15. The successful candidate will be charismatic, confident and able to pick up information quickly in order to provide high quality service to customers.
16. Previous experience in a customer service environment.
17. Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business.
20. While not mandatory, proficiency in German would be a valuable asset for upcoming projects that would benefit from this skill set.
