Job Description
Customer Relations:
* Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
* Anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring satisfaction
* Convey the hotel image through professional conduct
Professional Techniques / Production:
* Oversee organisation of production, distribution, and storage
* Supervise stock rotations and manage inventory for beverages and catering supplies
* Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and equipment maintenance
Team Management / Talent & Culture:
* Foster team motivation and skills development
* Provide training and support for employees
* Ensure proper presentation and conduct of staff
Commercial / Sales:
* Promote hotel services and special offers to encourage guest loyalty
* Increase sales through innovative approaches and reliable advice
Management and Administration:
* Manage guest-facing products and track equipment inventory
* Minimise loss and breakage of equipment
Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment:
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace
* Ensure compliance with hotel security regulations and safety procedures
* Uphold the hotel's environmental commitments
Qualifications
* Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
* Supervise the team of Food and Beverage Department, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development
* Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
* Conveys the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
* Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality
* Develops revenue and profit margins
* Helps the hotel meet its targets
* Provides information for guests within his/her field of competence or directs them to the right person
* Remains polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
* Handling any complaints immediately and sensibly, and keeps the manager informed.

As our next Food and Beverage Supervisor, you…
* Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
* Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
* Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
* Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
* Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
