As a telephone Sales Advisor within our outbound Customer Support Agreement team, you'll be speaking to customers regarding our Care & Repair extended warranty service. You'll use your excellent communication skills to explain the benefits of our Care & Repair service whilst making sure the customer has all of the information available to make an informed decision. Don't worry if you've never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you'll be able to offer a world class sales experience. Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: • Proactively contacting customers who have recently purchased a product from our website to discuss the extended warranty options available. (Care & Repair) • Understanding and explaining the benefits of Care & Repair, making sure the customer is fully informed. • Building relationships with customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life. • Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
