Senior Internal Sales Administrator (Engineering Spares)
Internal Sales Administrator required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of high value capital equipment for a range of sectors.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising a high performing team within a busy engineering spare parts and aftersales environment.
Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Administrator :
* Handle spare parts sales enquiries and orders.
* Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery.
* Analyse sales data by product type, customer etc.
* Assisting area sales managers to obtain orders.
* Respond to customer requests for product information.
* Prepare and issue internal contract documentation.
* Provide after-sales and customer support.
* Coaching and mentoring other members of the team.
Qualifications/Experience of the Internal Sales Administrator:
* Strong customer service skills.
* Proficient IT skills.
* Team orientated.
* A technical background or previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous.
* Highly self-sufficiency and well organised.
* Results orientated under pressure.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with a good telephone manner.
* Ability to adhere to procedures.
* Good attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Can-do attitude.
* Can work autonomously but equally as effective as part of the team.
