Sous chef, Chef de partie and senior chef de partie required for various full time chef roles around the Dorset area. If your a chef looking for a full time position, we have a number of roles.
Position 1:
Senior chef departierequired for a produce focusedgastro pubnear toWareham. This gastro pub is really big on the produce they use, sourcing local and seasonal produce. Due to the location, your own transport will be required. This Senior chef de partie role is paid hourly at £15 per hour and 45 hour weeks (£35k inc service).
As a senior chef departieyou will run a core section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section will run smoothly and you will support more junior chef de parties as well. you will prep your section, using fresh produce and ensure everything runs smoothly in your section. You will cook in service and ensure the plates are on the pass to the required standards. This role will include all the normal senior chef departieduties.
Position 2:
Sous chef required for aHotelin driving distance ofWarehamin the Dorset area. This hotel has great standards and is big on produce. Salary is£39k package.
The sous chef role will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will run the pass when the head chef is off and run a section on the other days. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Position 3:
Chef de partie required nearBournemouthfor a gastro pub,fresh food, £30-31k, great standards. as a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen.
Position 4:
sous chef required inStockbridgein Hampshire. The kitchen isoffering a work life balance, working hours are 7.45am to 4.30pm most days and only opening 1evening.Salary is 32-33k plus tips
Position 5:
Chef de partie required in theWarehampart of dorset, salary is 30-334k, this is a fresh food kitchen, you will move around the sections and use your great knife skills to prep your fridge and cook in service.
Position 6:
Sous chef required in theAlresfordarea of Hampshire,they are offering a package of 30-32k salary plus live in at no extra cost. This is aPub and is closed Sunday nights and all day Monday and Tuesday.
For all these roles we are looking for chefs at sous chef or chef de partie level with good knife skills.
