KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with the day to day running of the pharmacy.
2. Ensure all prescriptions are printed, labelled and dispensed accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Use the system to conduct dispensing duties under the supervision of the pharmacist manager.
4. Order, receive, organise and maintain stock levels appropriately.
5. Process repeat medication requests efficiently.
6. Ensure the safe and appropriate storage of all medicines.
7. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to assist in the continuity of patient care across primary and secondary care.
REQUIREMENTS
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy community pharmacy and either completed or are working towards a GPhC recognised course in pharmacy services.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills to build a rapport with both colleagues and patients.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
* Enthusiastic, trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative as well as follow instructions.
* Organised and have the ability to prioritise workload.
We are looking for more than one candidate to fill this position. The opening hours are 9-6pm Mon to Fri and 9-1pm Sat. Please specify which days and hours you can work and if you can speak any other languages when applying.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
