We are looking for a Central Sales Specialist to join our Central Sales Team.
The Central Sales Specialist is responsible for are responsible for shaping our Customer Journey, driving Customer Experience, Retention and Customer Satisfaction.
The Role
1. Acting as first point of contact for membership enquiries for all Virgin Active clubs from new prospects and previous members and ensuring an efficient, professional and memorable customer journey.
2. Always communicate effectively and professionally across calls, emails and digital platforms.
3. Ensuring all opportunities are maximised by building rapport through conversing with prospects and providing a personal experience.
4. Embracing efficiency and book appointments and complete membership sales over the phone.
5. Contributing to team and business targets including but not limited to call quality, call volume, lead conversion and appointments booked.
6. Incorporating an accountable mindset with KPIs ensuring they are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7. Comply with GDPR requirements when handling personal data and in line with company policies.
Experience
8. Sales Experience would be desirable.
9. Excellent administration and organisation skills and proficient in using a computer.
