You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive retention and growth for our crypto wallet users. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, requiring a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and the crypto ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and management of end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Data Analysis & Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to craft hyper-targeted campaigns that address specific user needs and behaviors. Channel Optimization: Oversee and refine communication channels, including email, in-app messaging, and push notifications, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful results. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals. Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key campaign metrics to measure success, optimize strategies, and report on outcomes to stakeholders. Industry Alignment: Stay updated on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 trends to ensure innovative and competitive CRM practices. Our Ideal Profile: A strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as Customer.io, Fast Track, HubSpot Experience working within the crypto space with a strong understanding of B2C products A strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push notifications) About You: Crypto Background: Previous experience in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors, with a strong grasp of B2C product dynamics. Lifecycle Mastery: Proven track record in designing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
