Source, interview, and place top-tier educational professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Provide exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process to clients and candidates.
Collaborate with the team to share successes and strategies – work part of the team to reach target

Qualifications:
· Sales, Business Admin, Customer Service or HR qualification
· Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
Desirable
· Previous sales, business admin, customer service, HR and recruitment experience
· Experience of the relevant market sector
· Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
· Appropriate verbal and written communication skills
· ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
