A brand-new opportunity to join an established legal firm on a part-time basis, in East Yorkshire, as a Legal Secretary.THE ROLE:
Ensuring files are kept up to date and managed accordingly.
Dealing with enquiries from clients and third parties face-to-face, over the telephone and via e-mail.
Dealing with post.
Preparing documentation and letters through audio typing and word processing.
Diary management.
Photocopying and filing.
Ordering stock.
Reception duties as and when required.
Ad-hoc general administration duties as and when required.THE CANDIDATE:
Audio typing is essential for this role.
Conveyancing experience is desirable.
Must have strong IT and word processing skills (Word, Excel etc.)
Possess a professional and courteous manner.
