The Lester Aldridge Care team are recognised as well-respected market leaders in the health and social care sector. Our team of experts specialises in advising and representing both corporate clients and individuals on a range of issues across the health and social care sector, including regulatory advice, defending CQC enforcement action, Coroner's Inquests, safeguarding matters and funding disputes.
The team now has a vacancy based from our Bournemouth or London office for a strong team player who is looking for intellectually challenging work amongst like-minded people. The applicant should be an excellent communicator, have the ability to develop good working relationships and be able to deliver results in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide regulatory advice and representation in CQC enforcement actions.
2. Assist in matters related to Coroner's Inquests and safeguarding.
3. Negotiate funding or care package disputes.
4. Engage in effective business development.
Minimum Requirements:
Care sector experience is desirable, ideally regarding CQC regulation and enforcement action, Coroner's Inquests and Care Act, together with a willingness to develop new skills.
