Your Role:
1. Lead the Team: Manage and mentor engineers & technicians, ensuring clear goals, deliverables, and performance objectives.
2. Optimize Processes: Develop, modify, and continuously improve photolithography manufacturing processes.
3. Enhance Process Control: Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) charts and structured methodologies like FMEA, Control Plans, and Gage R&R studies.
4. Oversee Equipment & Metrology: Manage process toolsets, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
5. Maintain Documentation & SOPs: Create and update process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Drive Innovation & Problem-Solving: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and tackle technical challenges head-on.
What You Bring:
1. 5+ years of Fab experience in Process Engineering or Process Development.
2. Hands-on expertise in photolithography processing and semiconductor manufacturing.
3. Deep knowledge of process equipment & metrology tools.
4. Track record in structured problem-solving & process optimization techniques.
5. Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
6. Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodologies.
