About the Role:
As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities.
This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
CBRE - GWS Healthcare Division seeks an ambitious, reliable, and skilled HVAC Technician to lead the team in completing preventive maintenance and repairs for critical HVAC systems in medical environments.

What You'll Do:
* Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
* Solve equipment failures and identify the best course of action for modifications.
* Follow clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks.
* Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
* Operate company-issued vehicles for daily responsibilities.
What You'll Need:
* High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
* Massachusetts Refrigeration License.
* Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.
* Ability to follow work routines and standards.
* Interpersonal skills for straightforward communication.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
