Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join East Suffolk Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Main Purpose of Job To provide a professional service on behalf of the Human Resources and Workforce Development team and supporting the implementation of the Council’s People Strategy whilst driving best practice, ensuring compliance with all Council policies and procedures are in line with employment legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Questioning, active listening skills and ability to establish rapport.
