A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing independent Estate Agency in East London. The Office Administrator/Social Media will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently. This position will also be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, helping with inbound phone calls, and looking after the company social media accounts.
Day To Day Duties:
1. Carrying out Property Ownership checks.
2. Dealing with sales memorandums.
3. Uploading photos to property portals and sending them to vendors for approval.
4. Typing up property descriptions.
5. Providing general office support to the team.
6. Some HR documentation support.
7. Ordering for sale/to let boards.
8. Arranging EPC if needed.
9. Sending terms of business & uploading completed documents.
10. Ordering office supplies.
11. Assisting with inbound phone calls.
12. Registering sales applicants.
13. Chasing outstanding invoices for accounts.
14. Managing Social Media posts.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm with a day off in lieu.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 yearly
Starting time: Immediate start!
